By accessing or using Ragnar ("Service"), operated by Visendi ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using Ragnar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

Ragnar is an AI-powered platform that converts text descriptions and images into CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models. Our service enables users to:

Generate 3D CAD models from text prompts

Convert images and sketches into CAD designs

Export designs in various CAD formats (STEP, STL, etc.)

Iterate and refine designs through conversational AI

Account Terms

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities under it.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Notification: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Intellectual Property

Understanding ownership of content and platform

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all CAD designs and content you create using Ragnar. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your creations.

Your designs remain your property

Export and use commercially without restriction

Full rights to modify and distribute your work

Ragnar IP

The Ragnar platform, including our AI technology, branding, and documentation, remains our intellectual property.

AI-Generated Content

Ragnar uses artificial intelligence to generate CAD models based on your inputs. Please understand the following about AI-generated content:

Nature of Output: AI outputs are generated based on patterns and may not always be accurate or suitable for all purposes

Verification Required: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated designs before use, especially for safety-critical applications

Engineering Review: All designs should be reviewed by qualified engineers before manufacturing or production use

No Training on Your Data: Your prompts and designs are not used to train our AI models

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Usage limits may apply based on your subscription tier

Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Engineering Disclaimer: CAD models generated by Ragnar are intended as design starting points. All outputs must be validated by qualified engineers before use in production, manufacturing, or safety-critical applications. We do not guarantee the structural integrity, manufacturability, or fitness for any specific purpose of generated designs.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VISENDI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply to the extent they provide greater protection than Finnish law.
